Tuition & Registration Policy

• A 10% deposit + Registration fee $50 per student/ $75 per family is required to hold your dancer’s spot in class.

• Monthly payment plans are available with no additional fee.​

  • A 10% deposit is still required for monthly payment plans to secure your spot.

• We cannot hold class spots without a deposit or registration fee. Once a class is full, dancers will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available.

• Families who enroll in monthly payment plans may still choose to pay off early.

• Tuition Cap: Got a dancer who lives in the studio — or more than one in the family?  We’ve got you covered with our tuition cap policy: after reaching a certain tuition amount, all additional weekly classes are reduced. Legacy Performing Arts Academy offers a tuition cap for families. Once a tuition threshold is met, all additional weekly classes are reduced.

  • Note: Costume fees, workshops, private coaching, and additional services are not included in tuition caps.
     

Registration Process

1. Create an account/ log in to easily keep track of your registrations and  any other future purchases.  If you cannot find your account confirmation, registration, or purchase receipts, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. Add info@legacyperformingartsacademy.com to your contacts to ensure you never miss an important email or receipt.
    

2. Review our class calendar. Submit the Pre-Registration Form
    

3. Class Approval or Consultation:  We’ll either confirm your selected classes or schedule a brief consultation to guide placement.
    

4. Receive Your Tuition Quote:  You’ll get a personalized invoice with class breakdowns, school handbook, and total due.
    

5. Secure Your Spot with a 10% Deposit: Pay online using the link in your invoice to hold your place.
    

6. Final Registration & Class Confirmation: Once payment is received, we’ll confirm your enrollment and grant Member Portal access.

   • The Member Portal includes downloadable and up-to-date versions of our School Handbook and class information, including:

   • Dress Code by Division & Class Style

   • Division Descriptions & Class Levels

   • Full-Year Calendar

   • Class Schedule by Day & Level

   • Spring Performance (Recital) Information

   • Important Dates & Calendar Reminders

   • Studio Policies, Expectations & Parent Guidelines

   • This portal is designed to help you stay informed, organized, and confident throughout the season. We recommend bookmarking it and checking in regularly for updates and new resource.

   • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder. Due to high registration volume, responses may take up to 24 hours.
