PERFORMACES
SPRING PERFORMANCE
A Celebration of Growth, Artistry, and Professionalism. At Legacy Performing Arts Academy, performance is a cornerstone of the student experience. Each season culminates in our annual Spring Concert—a fully produced, theater-based event where dancers share the progress, discipline, and creativity they've developed throughout the year. It is both a celebration of their hard work and a reflection of our academy’s commitment to excellence. The Spring Concert offers dancers the opportunity to perform on a professional stage for an audience of family, friends, and invited guests in full costume. The performance will be held at an external theater, and tickets will be available for purchase during Semester II.
Spring 2026 Performance Week
-
Tech Week: May 26–29, 2026
-
Spring Concert Performances: May 30–31, 2026
Families will receive costume details and associated fees in advance. Rehearsals will take place both in class and during dedicated tech week in which both both blocking and dress rehearsals will take place to ensure dancers are fully prepared and confident on stage.
More than just a recital, the Spring Concert is a culminating event that honors each dancer’s journey—from foundational training to expressive performance. It is a proud and inspiring moment where Legacy dancers showcase their artistry, professionalism, and love of dance in front of a live audience.
Pre-Professional Performance & Industry Opportunities
Legacy’s Pre-Professional Division is designed to reflect the structure of professional training environments while supporting each dancer’s unique path. In addition to performing in Legacy’s Spring Concert, Pre-Professional dancers may be selected for exclusive opportunities throughout the year.Through Legacy’s esteemed Advisory Board, dancers may be considered for:
Commercial Opportunities
Theatrical Opportunities
Print Work
additional creative projects
These opportunities reflect Legacy’s commitment to bridging studio training with the real-world expectations of the professional dance industry. Selection is based on artistry, dedication, professionalism, and readiness, and may require additional rehearsal or preparation outside of regular class hours.
This pathway gives families the confidence that their dancer is not only receiving premiere training, but is also being supported with meaningful, relevant performance experiences that align with collegiate and professional pursuits within and beyond the arts.
