Justine Estelle  _ Lergacy Performing Ar

Justin Estelle began his ballet training in Rutland, Vermont, and continued his studies at the National Ballet School of Canada under Giuseppe Canale, receiving foundational training in both the Cecchetti and RAD syllabi. He furthered his education through summer programs at the American Ballet Theatre and the School of American Ballet, and has completed coursework through the ABT Teacher Training Curriculum.
 

As a young dancer, Justin was recognized through major international competitions, including the Youth America Grand Prix (Chicago Semifinals and New York City Finals, 2006) and the Boston International Ballet Competition (2011, 2012), where his technical and artistic range earned him early acclaim.
 

He joined the Richmond Ballet trainee program in 2006 and later danced with First State Ballet Theatre, where he performed numerous principal roles. Over the past 19 years, Justin has cultivated a diverse performance career spanning classical, neoclassical, contemporary, modern, and Balanchine repertory. He has performed with Alabama Ballet, Nimbus Dance, New Jersey Ballet, and The Suzanne Farrell Ballet at The Kennedy Center, appearing in works by George Balanchine, among others.
 

His repertoire includes lead roles such as Prince Désiré in Sleeping Beauty, Prince Albrecht and Hilarion in Giselle, Don José in Carmen, the Roper in Agnes de Mille’s Rodeo, and featured roles in original works by Viktor Plotnikov, including Everlasting Arms and Nonsense in the Sense of Innocence.
 

A dedicated educator, Justin has been teaching ballet since 2009. He is recognized for his musicality, technical clarity, and the depth of insight he brings to coaching dancers across styles and levels.
