Beginner Contemporary (60 minutes) This beginner contemporary class is designed for adults with little to no prior dance experience. The class explores foundational techniques rooted in modern and contemporary styles, with a focus on breath, weight, floor work, and expressive movement. Students will learn simple sequences and improvisational tools in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you're new to dance or returning after time away, you'll build coordination, body awareness, and creative confidence at your own pace. (60 minutes)

Legacy Performing Arts Academy’s Adult Class Passes (Single, 5-Class, and 10-Class) provide flexible access to adult/open-level classes. Credits are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase and may be used for any eligible adult-level class. Students may book online or check in at the front desk. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain credit. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will result in the forfeiture of that session. Class passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another adult or for a child’s Open Tumbling class upon request. Class offerings and schedules are subject to change.
